STRUCTURE
Reinforced Cement Concrete framed structure.
WALLS
Brickwork masonry with light weight red bricks. 9" thick external walls and 4 ½" thickk internal walls.
PLASTERING
Two coats of plastering with sponge finish for internal and external walls.
DOORS
Main door frame and shutter with teak wood duly polished and standard hardware fittings. All other door frames shall with Teak wood and Flush shutters with enamel paint and standard hardware fittings.
WINDOWS
UPVC Sliding windows with safety grills.
FLOORING
Vitrified tiles of size 2' X 2" of standard make. 1'X1' Anti skid ceramic tiles for balcony and wash areas.

Anti skid ceramic tiles for floor and glazed ceramic tiles dado upto door height.

Granite platform with SS sink of size 2' X 18", Glazed ceramic tiles dado up to 2' high above platform.
PLUMBING
Sanitary fittings of CERA/HINDWARE make and CP fittings of Plumber make. Prince/Sudhakar make PVC pipes and fittings and standard ISI make CPVC pipes and fittings for water lines.
ELECTRICAL
Modular switches of Havells/Legrand make with concealed copper wiring of Fortune Art make.
CORRIDORS & STAIR CASE
Anti skid marble cut size for corridors and staircase. Car parking will be provided with good quality parking tiles. Lift facing in all floors shall be cladded with marble.
PAINTING
All Internal walls with Putty 2 coats finishing and Asian or equivalent make purpose material
LIFT
Six passenger lift of standard make (Collapsible Door type).
WATER
Adequate water supply through bore well.
GENERATOR
Generator of Mahindra make for common area lighting, Lift and bore well.
